Dying Light is an Upcoming Survival Horrer Game With a Strong Focus on Freerunning Mechanics to Traverse Though an Urban Open World Environment.
Dying Light was first announced by Techland on E3 2013 but we didn't get any gameplay footage back then.

The gameplay Shows off various elements like the Zombies turn into something else in the Night, so the walkthrough starts with our character on the top of a house and sees the airplane drop off supplies and he has to get there before the other factions. In Dying Light you not only fight zombies by also other surviving factions for supplies and stuff.
Dying Light is based on day and Night cycle during the day players can scavenge the world for supplies, craft weapons to defend themselves from the hordes of Zombies. But at Night the hunter becomes the hunted as Zombies become more aggressive and dangerous.
There is a particular enemy type in the game called Predators they only appears after sunset and you do not want to confront or you will get your butt kicked players must use everything at their disposal and Survive Till Morning's First Light.
Dying Light will be released on PC, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PS3 sometime in 2014.
